Hi! I'm Jeremy.
I'm a content designer with 9+ years of experience, a writer, and a former folk-rock saw player from Indiana.
I write product copy that helps people find joy and confidence in the apps/websites they use.
Recently, I was a Content Designer at Instagram/Meta focused on helping e-commerce businesses drive growth using customer reviews and making data privacy controls for ads easy to understand.
Before that, I was the Instructional Designer for Google's UX Design Certificate program aimed at providing job-ready UX design skills. I also designed assessments for the UX Content Collective and edited their content design courses.
I supported a suite of design products at InVision, and worked at the University of Illinois managing an instructional design department and championing the use of UX design strategies in building online courses.
